Privacy notice.
How Prana collects, uses, stores and protects information submitted through the project enquiry form.
Information collected
When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the contact details you provide (such as name, business email, phone and company), selected service categories, project title, deadline, budget range, reference link and the project requirements entered in the form. We record your privacy consent and a request reference so we can identify and respond to your enquiry.
How we use enquiry information
We use the information to review your brief, assess service and language feasibility, prepare quotations, contact you, coordinate the requested work and maintain relevant business records. Enquiry records are stored in a private Prana database hosted by Supabase. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted by database row-level security to the active Owner account.
Attachments and confidential material
Files selected in the enquiry form are submitted separately through FormSubmit, our form email provider, and are not stored in the Prana enquiry database. FormSubmit states that it retains submission records for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained in its submissions archive. See the FormSubmit privacy notice and provider documentation for its current terms. The public form is not an approved secure transfer channel for unreleased scripts, personal identity documents, confidential recordings or restricted client assets. Contact us first so that a secure file-sharing method and any required NDA can be agreed.
Service providers and international processing
We use external infrastructure providers to operate the website, database and enquiry email workflow. Those providers may process information in the regions where their services are hosted. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to share. AI-related processing is not automatic; any use of external AI services requires separate feasibility, rights and consent review.
Retention, access and requests
We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to assess and respond to the request, manage any resulting business relationship, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, or to ask a privacy question, contact pranamultilingualservices@gmail.com and include your request reference if available. Some records may need to be retained where a legal obligation applies.
Your responsibility
Submit accurate information and ensure you have permission to share any content or contact details included in your brief. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identity numbers or another person's sensitive personal information.
Important: This notice describes the current enquiry workflow and is not legal advice. It should be reviewed by an appropriate professional for the jurisdictions and services in which Prana operates before broad public launch.
